Our Professional Services team partners with our customers to design, build and launch our employee recognition and rewards platform. As an Implementation Manager , you'll lead the charge in bringing our software solutions to life for customers. You'll guide a team of implementation specialists, partner cross-functionally across the business, and ensure every project is delivered seamlessly from kickoff to launch. How you'll shape SaaS Implementations at Achievers:- Act as the project lead for multiple customer-facing projects concurrently with small to mid-sized customer project teams.
- Manage all aspects of the implementation project including: facilitating remote working sessions and on occasion traveling onsite with the customer (restrictions permitting), managing scope, risk, project plans, escalations, project monitoring, weekly checkpoint meetings, and consulting on best practices.
- Oversee and liaise with your Technical Consultant on strategic Solution Design, Requirements Gathering, User Acceptance Testing and any potential integrations
- Build and execute on communications plans and provide guidance to customers to support program implementation and user adoption.
- Utilize tracking and reporting tools (Mavenlink, JIRA, Confluence, , internal documentation) to ensure effective project management approach, knowledge transfer and business continuity.
- Ensure that all project documentation and the project workbook are signed off within appropriate timelines for the project.
- Provide input, direction and oversight with departments supporting your implementation projects including Development, Operations, Product and QA, as required.
- Meet or exceed departmental metrics and/or KPIs
- Can do, team-oriented attitude.
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience consulting and implementing software applications in a customer facing environment.
- Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent projects of various lengths (1-6 month cycles).
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing solutions to ensure project delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people.
- Evidence of effective multi-tasking and managing tight project schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and drive.

$78,000 - $90,000 reflects the salary range for this role, depending on experience, skills, and market data.
