Canaccord Genuity Corp. is currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Client Services Associate to join a high-performing Wealth Management practice in downtown Vancouver. This role supports a team of Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers in delivering exceptional client service while helping to build and maintain a scalable, sustainable wealth management business.
This position is well suited to a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision and follow-through, and is eager to develop a career in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers with a focus on client relationships and long-term business growth
- Prepare and process new and existing client documentation, including account openings, transfers, and KYC updates
- Process and follow up on client paperwork to ensure proper account maintenance
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records, account lists, and internal databases
- Compile reports, summaries, and materials for client portfolio reviews and internal use
- Assist with servicing existing clients and supporting client onboarding
- Support marketing and business development initiatives for the practice
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in the financial services or securities industry is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take initiative
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Dataphile, Salesforce, NetX360, or Conquest is considered an asset
