Description D'emploi
Our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands are growing rapidly across multiple channels, and we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide high-quality analysis, reporting, and financial insights that will support the business as it scales. This role will play a key part in analyzing business performance, evaluating KPIs, supporting budgeting and forecasting and driving data-driven decision making.
We're seeking someone who is not only technically strong in data and financial analysis, but also curious, proactive, and excited to help shape new processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
In This Role You Will
Data & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor DTC business performance and track departmental KPIs
Support the creation and maintenance of monthly management reporting, including P&L analysis and management packs
Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership
Budget/Forecast & Financial Analysis
Support the annual budgeting/quarterly forecast process
Perform detailed operational, sales, and financial analysis across channels to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and provide financial insights that support decision-making
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address emerging business questions and opportunities
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, simplification, and prioritization of reporting and analytical tasks
Support the implementation of best practices for data governance and reporting consistency across brands and channels
The Qualifications And Experience We Like To See
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
5+ years of work experience in Finance is required
Obtained or working towards CPA/CFA designation is highly preferred
Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development
Knowledge of the retail industry and e-commerce is a definite asset
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals with the ability to interpret P&Ls and provide financial insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience handling large datasets
Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and present them effectively to stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, Power Query (or similar data visualization tools)
Self-starter attitude with the ability to learn quickly, dig into details, and adapt to dynamic business needs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are still being built

Additional Information
This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $75, $90,000.00 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
