It includes a career ladder structure that allows agents to advance in rank as they gain experience.Each agent will be expected to take on additional responsibilities , demonstrating leadership skills, problem-solving abilities ,and strong work ethic.As the agent progresses through the ranks, they will have access to more challenging assignments, further training opportunities, and increased compensation.
