Protective Service Specialist - Entry Level

This is a career opportunity to work as a Border Patrol Agent for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The selected candidate will be part of an elite team working to protect America by safeguarding its borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing national economic prosperity.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Patrolling international boundaries using various government assets such as vehicles, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles.


• Detecting people suspected of violating immigration laws and inspecting documents to determine citizenship or violations.


• Pursuing apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers at or near the border through surveillance from covert positions including night operations with infrared scopes.  Preparing evidence reports on stops made during patrolling duties like farm checks building checks traffic checks city patrols transportation check unit examination inspection thorough document verification complete fugitive databases all for recognition appropriate prompt control intervention according required stability mobility standardization avoiding operational sustainability due global global
