• A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is also acceptable for the GS-5 grade level.

• A minimum one year specialized full time work experience equivalent to at least next lower grade level including performing physical inspection, utilizing observational technique etc are requirements for GS - 7 Grade Level.
