As a Mobile Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of engineers in developing essential mobile applications for our digital vehicle environment. Your Willingness to Take on Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of software engineers to deliver exceptional software products, guiding them from concept through to deployment for millions of users. Mentor and develop the future leaders of software engineering by providing constructive feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Product and Digital Design to create high-quality features tailored to user needs. Provide valuable input on product designs and architectures, ensuring alignment with engineering best practices. Streamline the engineering delivery process to improve efficiency while enhancing the quality and security of software delivery. Apply innovative principles to solve complex business challenges and drive multidisciplinary projects. Promote new engineering practices that foster organizational growth and operational effectiveness. Share strategic insights across various teams to nurture collaboration and break down knowledge barriers. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and evaluating emerging technologies that can enhance our product offerings. Qualifications You'll Need: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 6 years of professional experience with over 4 years in hands-on mobile application software engineering. A minimum of 2 years in a leadership position, successfully managing teams and delivering software products to market. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
