This is an opportunity to enter the ground floor with a growing company. Location: Office-based, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm (with some field site visits required) Windowwall is looking for a diligent inside sales representative who prepares accurate bids for commercial (new construction & remodel projects), and residential (new construction and remodel projects), by communicating with customers, providing solutions, generating proposals, and closing the deals with contracts and collecting payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed and close business. Leads will flow to you and your job is to initiate contact, determine the scope of the project, and produce solutions and proposals for the customers. You will convert those potential projects into sales, through timely follow up and responsive communication, while developing long-term working relationships with our clients to drive repeat business. Responsibilities: Your goal is to maximize your earnings by exceeding sales targets and generating commissions that surpass the guaranteed base salary Meet benchmarks for forming new and ongoing partnerships with commercial construction professionals and homeowners, to be their preferred window supplier, by producing deliverables, proposals. Update and maintain the database of existing and potential customers and prospective projects, using our CRM tool. Contact existing and potential customers via outbound calls and emails, to gather information and, in consultation with a team of Subject Matter Experts, recommend products based on the customer's needs and a project's specifications. Follow up on leads, schedule phone or google meetings, explain product features, generate proposals, and ask for orders. Become proficient in using the custom in-house system to generate quotes and work with different options, answer questions about products, credit terms, warranties, lead time expectations, and the whole Windowwall process after closing the deal. Qualifications /Skills: Sales experience required (1-2 years) Experience in window industry required (1-2 years) Bilingual strongly preferred General knowledge of distribution Must be organized and a fast learner with different online applications. Good reading skills and comprehension of specifications and technical documents.
