We are looking for an energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate order processing and shipment, playing a vital part in our supply chain operations. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency is required. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, a team player, and possess the physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including consistent Lifting. - Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and palletizing.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conducting inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhering to all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assisting with other fulfillment tasks as needed.
