Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for outgoing orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage and load products onto delivery vehicles.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the distribution center.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Support logistics team efforts to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, dollies) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics operations and inventory control.
- Excellent safety awareness and adherence to workplace safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
