Become a vital part of our **logistics** team as an Order Picker in Raleigh, North Carolina. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders from our warehouse shelves. You will use RF scanners and our warehouse management system (WMS) to locate products, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are selected for each order. Speed and accuracy are key to this role, as your work directly impacts order fulfillment timelines and customer satisfaction. **Lifting** of products, which can vary in size and weight (up to 50 lbs), will be a frequent part of your duties. Maintaining a clean, organized, and **safety**-conscious work environment is paramount. You must be diligent in wearing and using **PPE** and adhering to all **safety** procedures to prevent injuries. We are looking for energetic, reliable individuals with a strong attention to detail. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team is essential. This hands-on role is fundamental to our **logistics** process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and WMS.
