We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility. This leadership role involves managing a team of warehouse associates, optimizing workflow, and ensuring efficient **logistics** operations. You will be responsible for scheduling, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance to your team. Key duties include managing inventory levels, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring compliance with all **safety** standards. You will implement and enforce **PPE** policies and **safety** procedures to maintain a secure working environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a strong understanding of inventory control principles are essential. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to motivate a team and drive operational efficiency is critical. While you may not be involved in constant **lifting**, you will oversee operations where significant **lifting** occurs and must understand safe manual handling practices. You will work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
