Join our vibrant team as a Distribution Center Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for individuals who are eager to contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and unloading incoming shipments, stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for outgoing delivery. You will be an essential part of our Logistics chain, ensuring that products reach our customers accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A strong commitment to Safety and teamwork is paramount. You'll be expected to handle physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. Proper use of PPE is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas accurately.
- Pick items from inventory based on customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for transit, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
