Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders based on pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages for dispatch.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking/packing station.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet order fulfillment goals.
- Perform **Lifting** and movement of products as needed.
- Support the overall **logistics** flow of the facility.
- Uphold a strong **safety** culture.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Understanding of **logistics** and order fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of **safety** procedures and **PPE** usage.
- Ability to perform frequent **Lifting** of up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and mobility.
