Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced warehouse in Houston, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our daily operations, ensuring seamless product flow from receipt to dispatch. This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency of our logistics network. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, contributing to the overall success of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, adhering to strict Safety protocols.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Load and unload trucks as required, ensuring proper weight distribution and security.
  • Wear all required PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Capability of Lifting up to 75 lbs regularly.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
