We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of essential tasks contributing to the efficient operation of our logistics facility. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, and packing and shipping orders. Your role is fundamental to our ability to serve our customers effectively and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Ensure a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Support various logistics functions as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent manual Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
