Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on warehouse machinery, including forklifts, conveyor belts, and automated systems.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
  • Install new equipment and ensure it operates correctly.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management of spare parts and supplies.
  • Conduct safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
  • Train other staff on basic equipment operation and safety procedures.
  • Support the logistics team by ensuring equipment reliability.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; vocational training in mechanics or electrical systems preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
