Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is essential to our logistics operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment. We are seeking individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include using scanning technology to locate and retrieve items, assembling orders accurately, packaging them safely, and ensuring all outbound shipments meet our high standards. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all associates must strictly adhere to established Safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires a good level of physical fitness due to frequent Lifting of items and extended periods of standing and walking. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Assemble kitted items as required.
- Inspect products for defects before packing.
- Package items securely for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all Safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
