Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately stock and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to established procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company policies, including mandatory PPE guidelines.
- Assist in loading outbound shipments.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
