*Salary Range:* $59,000 – $88,000 annualized, based on experience
*About the Role:*
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) *to support high school–aged students through a school placement in the Ellicott City area. This district is known for its supportive, collaborative environment and utilizes a weighted caseload model to account for students who require additional service minutes, meetings, or clinical support.This role is well-suited for an adaptable SLP who enjoys collaboration and is comfortable supporting both traditional caseloads and specialized programs at the high school level.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide speech-language services to students with a variety of communication needs
* Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
* Address speech and language delays, articulation and fluency disorders, cognitive delays, and Autism
* Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and data collection
* Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences
*Caseload Details:*
* Blended caseload with a range of communication disorders and severity levels
* 4 days per week at one high school and 1 day per week at another local high school
* Caseload includes students with severe to profound communication impairments in life skills classrooms
* AAC experience strongly preferred
* Autism experience strongly preferred
* Projected caseload of approximately 35 students (dependent on support needs at the secondary site)
* Shared office space available
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active Maryland Department of Health SLP License
* School-based experience preferred, but not required
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
