*Salary Range:* $59,000 – $88,000
*About the Opportunity:*
AnthroMed Education is hiring a *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to support our school partner in Reading, PA for the remainder of this school year. This large, diverse, and evolving district is committed to expanding its in-person therapy services.This position offers a unique opportunity to have your caseload tailored to your strengths and interests, providing meaningful impact for students while working alongside a supportive therapy team.
*What You’ll Be Doing:*
* Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students
* Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
* Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Collaborate with families, special education teams, and support staff
* Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and state guidelines
* Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and team planning
*Caseload Information:*
* Caseload: 50–60 students
* Support both speech-only students and students with complex communication needs
* Blended caseload with a variety of diagnoses, primarily articulation and language goals
* Experience with group therapy, push-in therapy, and diverse service delivery models is a plus
* Dedicated shared office space
* Cultural competence and experience with children from diverse backgrounds is a plus
* All student evaluations, IEPs, and services are up-to-date
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
* Valid Pennsylvania SLP License
* Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate
* Familiarity with AAC is beneficial
* School-based experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
