As a Night Support Worker , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for young people, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout the night. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Night Support Worker, you will be part of our Lancashire Young People Supported Accommodation services, assisting 18 young individuals (aged 16-21) at Parker House and The Bridge in Chorley. Your primary focus will be:

  • Providing security, peace of mind, and companionship during out-of-office hours.
  • Ensuring the safety and welfare of each young person throughout your shift.
  • Offering empathy and compassion during challenging night-time hours.
  • Maintaining accurate records using computer systems.
  • Following procedures for reporting missing persons when necessary.
  • Communicating effectively with on-call support and responding to inquiries.
  • Being a positive role model for both colleagues and residents.
