The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking highly skilled individuals to fill various positions within our organization. As a CBP Officer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding national security, preventing smuggling of prohibited goods, and facilitating legitimate trade and travel.

• Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations


• Facilitate the flow of legitimate trade and travel while ensuring compliance with relevant laws


• Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances to detect potential threats or violations


• Determine admissibility for entry into the United States while considering factors such as criminal history or health concerns



This position requires excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. You must also be comfortable working independently without constant supervision yet being part of an interdisciplinary team environment where clear roles are established between colleagues; meticulous detail-oriented nature alongside solid analytical thinking abilities preferred over emotional based decision making practices which can undermine performance integrity expected from all members serving this post throughout their career path ahead.
