The ideal candidate has mastered the "AI stack" (Midjourney, Runway/Luma, ChatGPT/Claude, etc.) to produce high-end blog illustrations, high-converting ad creatives, and viral-style YouTube Shorts at a pace traditional workflows can't match.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Content: Generate custom AI illustrations and images for blog posts and LinkedIn articles (no generic stock photos).
Ad Creatives: Design high-performing ad visuals for FB/IG and LinkedIn using a mix of AI generation and graphic design.
Video Production: Create engaging YouTube Shorts and Reels, utilizing AI for script assistance, voiceovers, or b-roll generation.
Social Asset Management: Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all platforms (FB, IG, LI) using AI to adapt assets for different formats.
Prompt Engineering: Refine and document prompts to ensure brand consistency across all generated media.
Required Skills & Tools
AI Image Generation: Mastery of Midjourney, DALL-E 3, or Stable Diffusion.
AI Video/Motion: Experience with Runway Gen-2/3, HeyGen, Pika, or similar tools for short-form video.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to "finish" AI assets (adding text, logos, and branding).
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the specs and "vibes" of LinkedIn vs. IG/TikTok.
Strategy: Ability to take a blog topic and conceptualize a full visual "package" for it.
Preferred Qualifications
Portfolio showcasing AI-generated work that looks intentional and professional (not "uncanny valley").
Experience in (Insert your industry, e.g., SaaS, Real Estate, E-commerce).
Strong English copywriting skills for social captions and ad headlines.
