We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to think quickly while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role requires someone who is confident handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in both English and Spanish
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and attendance
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Adapt to process updates and new systems as required
Qualifications & Requirements
1–2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) and proficient in English
Excellent phone presence and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Comfortable navigating the internet and Microsoft Windows environment
Ability to multitask across multiple systems and tools
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if required
Reliable internet connection (if remote)
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
