Description:
We are a premium tutoring and college admissions consulting company helping families achieve SAT improvement, GPA rescue, and elite admissions positioning.
We are looking for a Google Ads performance marketer laser-focused on lead generation and booked consultations for high-ticket offers ($2k+).
Primary Objective:
Generate qualified booked consultations with parents at sustainable cost per acquisition (CPL/CAC), with measurable ROI.
Scope of Work:
Audit and restructure existing Google Ads campaigns
Build high-intent search campaigns and retargeting funnels
Verify and set up conversion tracking end-to-end
Optimize campaigns for cost per booked consultation, not just generic leads
Provide light landing page/CRO recommendations to improve conversion rates
Weekly reporting with actionable insights and clear KPIs
Requirements:
5+ years experience running Google Ads for high-ticket or local service businesses
Proven experience with high-ticket offers ($2k+)
Strong understanding of CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion funnels
Ability to analyze data and recommend optimization strategies
Fluent in English (to understand American parent market nuances)
Proven ability to drive booked calls, not just clicks
