Core Qualities
We are looking for someone who:

-Is great at turning abstract ideas into concrete systems or product proposals

-Enjoys solving operational and technical problems like puzzles
Skills & Qualifications
-Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (advanced formulas, structured data handling)
-Experience writing and maintaining SQL queries (MySQL or similar)
-Experience building or working within database-driven systems
-Ability to maintain and interpret ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) documentation
-Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., AppSheet or similar platforms)
-Experience executing processes or scripts from the command line
-Experience working with AI tools to assist in writing scripts or automations
-Knowledge of Scrum, Lean methodologies, and structured project management
-Ability to create roadmaps and effectively execute against them
-Strong analytical thinking and documentation discipline
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent analytical/technical experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
-Operational Ownership
-Own and execute assigned operational workflows to ensure consistent, accurate performance
-Take over recurring business processes and maintain reliability
-Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned systems or process areas
-Maintain documentation for recurring operational workflows
-Build and maintain weekly team scorecards to support visibility and accountability
Process Improvement & Scalability
-Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements
-Gradually transition manual processes into scalable, systemized workflows
-Develop standard operating procedures that enable delegation and scalability
-Reduce reliance on senior team members by building repeatable systems
-Create roadmaps for process or system improvements and execute against them
-Continuously refine workflows based on feedback from Sales and Operations
Technology & Systems Integration
-Review and test new system updates prior to rollout
-Translate user stories into actionable operational procedures
-Collaborate with developers to improve internal tools
-Design automation opportunities in partnership with the tech team
-Work with AI tools to prototype scripts or automation solutions
-Execute scripts and system processes from the command line when needed
-Build and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
-Ensure data integrity across operational systems and backend databases
-Maintain documentation of system architecture, workflows, and ERDs
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
