About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, bilingual sales professional to join our growing timeshare exit services team. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential for self-driven individuals who excel at helping clients solve complex problems. As we continue to expand our Spanish-language services, this position presents an opportunity to build a lucrative income stream while making a meaningful impact for families seeking relief from unwanted timeshare obligations.
Position Overview
As a Bilingual Sales Consultant, you will connect with Spanish-speaking clients who are burdened by timeshare contracts and guide them through our exit process. Your role is to educate potential clients about their options, build trust, and close deals that provide them with relief and peace of mind. Once a deal is closed, our customer support team handles all follow-up, allowing you to focus exclusively on what you do best: selling.
Compensation Structure
• Commission: $250 per closed deal (100% commission-based)
• Average Performance: 6-8 closed deals per month = $1,500-$2,000/month
• Growth Opportunity: As we invest more in this channel, top performers can significantly increase earnings
• Unlimited Earning Potential: Your income grows with your performance - no caps
• Fast Payouts: Commission paid promptly after deal closure
Note: This is a commission-only position with no base salary or benefits at this time.
Key Responsibilities
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound sales calls per day to qualified Spanish-speaking leads
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client timeshare situations and pain points
• Educate potential clients about timeshare exit options and our service offerings
• Build rapport and trust with clients, addressing concerns and objections professionally
• Close deals by guiding clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and deal status in CRM system
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training to improve performance
Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) - REQUIRED
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) - REQUIRED
• Proven sales experience, preferably in phone sales or consultative selling
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only environment
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for making calls
• Comfortable making 50+ calls per day and managing rejection
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
• Strong work ethic and commitment to daily activity goals
