What We're Looking For
We need someone who understands:
• How to create natural, scroll-stopping UGC-style videos
• How to use AI tools like ElevenLabs (voice cloning / AI voiceovers)
• AI avatar/video tools (Arcads, HeyGen, etc.)
• Hook writing based on viral TikTok formats
• Fast-paced short-form editing (CapCut-style pacing)

We want raw, native, ad-style content that blends into the feed.

Responsibilities
• Create 3–5 short-form UGC-style videos per week
• Write strong hooks (first 2 seconds matter most)
• Generate realistic AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs
• Use AI tools to create lifelike "real person" style content
• Test different angles (comfort, price, premium quality, etc.)
• Deliver content optimized for paid ads

Requirements
• Experience using ElevenLabs or similar AI voice tools
• Experience creating TikTok-style UGC ads
• Strong understanding of hooks & retention
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
• Ability to follow creative direction
• Fast turnaround time
