What You'll Do
- Collaborate & Conceptualize: Work with our team to brainstorm ideas for upcoming collections and transform these concepts into polished sewing patterns.
- Pattern Drafting & Grading: Ensure patterns are accurate, well-fitted across multiple body sizes, and include adjustments such as bust corrections and comprehensive grading.
- Instruction Creation: Develop clear, beginner- and expert-friendly instructions that guide users seamlessly through the sewing process.
- Visual Content: Create explanatory sketches and design our instruction booklets to enhance the user experience.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the entire pattern production process, ensuring exceptional quality, usability across diverse body sizes, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Digital to Physical Transition: Support the transition from digital patterns to physical formats, maintaining high standards for printed versions.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Pattern Grading: Proficient in creating patterns that fit a variety of sizes and shapes.
- Deep Sewing Knowledge: Familiarity with sewing terminology and techniques is essential.
- Proactive & Responsible: A fast learner who thrives on taking ownership of their work.
- Design Skills: Ability to create instructional sketches in Adobe Illustrator is a strong advantage.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with Shopify is a plus but not required.
