(IT Agency Experience Required)
We're looking for a strong, execution-driven Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in an IT / Software Agency environment.
This is not a junior coordination role.
We need someone who understands tech, clients, delivery pressure, and how to move fast without losing quality.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Managing multiple software / SaaS development projects end-to-end
Translating client requirements into structured tasks for developers
Writing clear scopes of work and technical briefs
Managing timelines, sprints, and deliverables
Working closely with developers (front-end, back-end, fullstack)
Quality control before client delivery
Communicating directly with international clients
Keeping projects profitable and on schedule
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in an IT / software agency
Strong technical understanding (must understand development processes)
High level of English (spoken & written – mandatory)
Experience managing remote development teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Big Advantage:
Fullstack development background
Experience with SaaS products
Experience with Figma or Canva
Experience working with B2B clients
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflows
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be based in:
Ukraine, Moldova, or Russia
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
