What you'll do
• Translate our existing brand identity into a digital UI system for web (typography, color, spacing, layout, UI patterns).
• Design and build a component library in React / styled with Tailwind CSS (atomic components + composable patterns).
• Define and implement design tokens (colors, typography scale, spacing, radii, shadows) to ensure consistency and maintainability.
• Refactor and enhance existing views by composing them from the shared components (reduce one-off UI).
• Document components and usage guidelines (in Figma and/or Storybook, plus lightweight written docs).
• Collaborate with product and engineering to iterate quickly, ship polished UI, and maintain accessibility and responsiveness.
What we're looking for
• Strong UI craft and taste, with experience applying a brand identity to real product interfaces.
• Solid frontend skills with React + and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience building design systems or reusable component libraries (design + implementation).
• Comfort with component architecture (composition, variants, state, responsiveness).
• Bonus: Storybook, Radix/shadcn/ui, accessibility (WCAG), animation/micro-interactions.
Nice to include in your application
• Portfolio with design system work (not only marketing pages).
• Code samples (GitHub, PRs, or a small repo) showing component structure and maintainable styling.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
