We charge an upfront strategic build fee and ongoing monthly optimisation.
Our clients expect performance, responsiveness, clarity, and structure.
We are onboarding 10–20 new clients per month and scaling quickly.
We are now hiring a Senior Client Delivery Manager to own onboarding, delivery coordination, and the operational integrity of our client experience.
The Role
This is not a "check-in and smile" Client Success position.
This is a senior delivery leadership role inside a fast-scaling AI systems company.
This role exists to:
Ensure every client launches smoothly, on time, and to a high standard
Translate founder-led strategy into clear, executable build briefs
Protect scope and enforce operational boundaries
Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day delivery noise
Maintain high client confidence, retention, and performance
You are not managing relationships.
You are owning execution.
You will act as the operational authority across onboarding and ongoing optimisation, creating clarity between strategy, build, QA, and client communication.
From post-sale handover through to live optimisation, you are accountable for:
Delivery timelines
Documentation quality
Cross-team coordination
Client communication structure
Performance visibility
You will manage approximately 10–30 active client accounts across onboarding and optimisation phases.
This requires:
Strong prioritisation
Structured systems thinking
Confidence enforcing boundaries
Attention to detail without losing commercial awareness

This role is designed to evolve into Head of Delivery for the right operator — someone who proves they can build infrastructure, protect scope, maintain margins, and scale delivery without compromising quality.
What You'll Own
1. Client Onboarding & Launch
Lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live
Convert strategy documents into clear build briefs
Coordinate with AI builders and QA
Manage timelines, approvals, and feedback
Ensure clean handover into live optimisation phase
2. Ongoing Client Success & Delivery Control
Serve as primary client point of contact
Triage all incoming requests
Categorise correctly:
Bug fix
Minor tweak
Strategic redesign (escalate appropriately)
Enforce scope boundaries with clarity and empathy
Maintain client confidence and structure
3. Delivery Operations
You will operate inside:
ClickUp (delivery board & workflow tracking)
Slack (internal & client communication)
GHL (CRM & automation coordination)
Notion (documentation & playbooks)
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining delivery board visibility
Monitoring launch timelines and capacity
Flagging risks early
Ensuring documentation stays current
Improving delivery SOPs over time
4. Performance Review Preparation
Compile performance summaries ahead of founder calls
Track key metrics:
Engagement rates
Qualification accuracy
Booking rates
Routing performance
Surface patterns, risks, and optimisation opportunities

You are not designing AI strategy (Founder owns strategy)
You are not coding or building agents
You are not a sales rep
You are not a passive relationship manager
You are the operator who makes the machine run smoothly.

Who You Are
You are:
Highly organised and process-driven

Detail-oriented but commercially aware
You likely have:
Experience in SaaS, automation, or tech-enabled services
Managed 10–30+ client accounts simultaneously
Worked cross-functionally with technical teams
Bonus:
Experience with AI tools or automation platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems (especially HighLevel)
Familiarity with founders, coaching businesses, or online service companies
