What You'll Do
• Design and build websites in Webflow and Framer
• Occasionally build in WordPress when required
• Translate brand identities into structured, conversion-focused websites
• Use AI tools like Relume to speed up sitemaps and wireframes
• Improve internal workflows and delivery systems
• Spot UX, structure and clarity issues before they become problems
• Build reusable components and scalable systems

What I'm Looking For
• 1–3 years experience in web design or no-code development
• Confident in Webflow or Framer
• Comfortable in WordPress
• Strong sense of design, typography, spacing and layout
• Structured thinker who cares about clarity
• Curious about AI tools and workflow automation
• Proactive communicator
Bonus if you:
• Understand branding, not just UI
• Have used Reloom or similar tools
• Think commercially, not just creatively
• Care about performance and clean structure
