The next phase is a full digital transformation, including:
* Unifying all country websites under a scalable architecture
* Standardizing backend systems
* Merging multiple mobile apps into one unified super app
* Introducing loyalty system integration and cross-platform customer experience
We are looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Solution Architect / Technical Consultant to lead the technical discovery and prepare a complete professional roadmap for this transformation.
Scope of Work
Phase 1: Technical Discovery & System Audit
You will:
* Join online meetings with our team (and possibly the client's technical team)
* Lead structured technical discovery sessions
* Identify the current architecture of:
* Multi-country websites
* Backend systems
* Databases
* Hosting & infrastructure
* APIs and integrations
* Mobile apps
* Loyalty systems (if existing)
* Understand how regional systems differ
* Identify scalability, security, and performance limitations
* Assess integration complexity between regions
Phase 2: Unified Digital Architecture & Roadmap
After discovery, you will prepare a complete professional roadmap including:
* Recommended unified architecture for multi-country e-commerce
* Strategy to consolidate multiple websites into a scalable centralized system
* Plan to merge all mobile apps into one unified retail app
* Shopping
* Loyalty points
* Offers
* Order tracking
* Cross-country functionality
* Suggested tech stack (Frontend, Backend, Database)
* Infrastructure design (cloud, DevOps, CI/CD)
* Integration strategy (ERP, POS, inventory, delivery, payment gateways)
* Customer identity unification strategy
* Loyalty program architecture
* Performance optimization plan
* AI features roadmap (Smart Search, Recommendations)
* Phased implementation timeline
* Required technical roles and team structure
* Risk analysis and mitigation strategy
* Architecture diagrams (high-level + detailed)
Final deliverable: A structured and professional Technical Transformation Document (PDF or Google Docs).
Required Expertise
* Proven experience designing large-scale e-commerce systems
* Experience with multi-country or multi-tenant architecture
* Experience consolidating platforms and systems
* Strong background in:
* Scalable backend architecture
* Cloud infrastructure
* API design
* DevOps
* Database architecture
* Mobile app architecture (Native or Cross-platform)
* Experience designing loyalty systems is a strong plus
* Strong communication skills for leading technical discovery sessions
Project Duration
Short-term (1–2 weeks for roadmap development), with potential long-term engagement.
