This role is a mix of personal assistant + business assistant, so I need someone who is organized, proactive, and truly cares about representing the brand with excellence.
Position Overview
You will support daily operations in my business, help manage content, and assist with personal admin tasks. This is a long-term role with consistent hours and growth opportunities. I need someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and can think ahead—NOT someone who needs to be micromanaged.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Device Requirements
• Must own an iPhone
• Must have fast & stable internet (minimum 40 Mbps)
• Must have a quiet work environment
Skills & Technical Requirements
• English: 10/10 (written and spoken)
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Experience with saving, organizing, managing files inside Google Drive
• Strong project management & task tracking ability
• Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and detailed instructions
• Fast learner with a high attention to detail
Social Media Skills
• Basic social media management experience (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
• Ability to:
• Organize content
• Upload content
• Write simple descriptions (no cheesy captions needed)
• Schedule posts
• Track engagement
Personality Traits

Responsibilities
Your daily tasks may include:
• Managing Google Drive, creating folders, organizing documents
• Updating spreadsheets, tracking tasks, and taking notes during meetings
• Helping manage daily scheduling and reminders
• Social media content organization and uploads
• Communicating with other team members
• Light customer support when needed
• Keeping the team aligned and on track
• Assisting with personal errands (online-based)
• Helping with business projects and following detailed SOPs
• Research tasks, data entry, and administrative duties as needed
Pay & Hours
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Long-term position
• 20–40 hours per week depending on performance
