What I Need You To Do:
Phase 1: Foundation (First 30 Days)
1.Set up my social media (Instagram primary, TikTok secondary) - handles, bios, branding that POPS
2.Pick the right photos from my digitals to make my debut stand out
3.Develop my brand vibe - what's my aesthetic? My voice? How do we make people stop scrolling?
4.Create a content strategy that gets brand deals and scout attention (not just random followers)
Reach out to photographers for test shoots to build my portfolio (budget-friendly or TFP)
Ongoing:
1.Manage my social daily - posting, stories, engagement, building community
2.Create content with me - captions, photo selection, hashtags, keeping it fresh
3.Pitch me to brands for partnerships (even small ones to start, we're building)
4.Network on my behalf - DM photographers, stylists, brands, other models
5.Track what works and adjust as we go
6.Find casting opportunities and submit me when I'm ready
What I'm Looking For: This is NOT about experience—it's about HUNGER and VISION.
I need someone who:
LOVES fashion and social media - you're already on Instagram/TikTok watching trends, obsessed with how people build their brands. Wants to do this, even if you haven't done it professionally yet, you're ambitious, eager, and ready to learn as we go
1. Has great eye for visuals - you know what looks good and what doesn't
2.Is a self-starter - I don't want to micromanage, I want someone who takes initiative
3.Has bestie energy we need to vibe. I want someone I actually get along with and can brainstorm with.
4. Is scrappy and resourceful - my budget is small right now, so we're making magic with what we have.
5.Is ready to GRIND - this isn't a casual side gig, this is building something real together
