Website Developer Needed for Business Website (Future Auction Platform)

Description
I am looking for an experienced website developer to build a professional website for my company.
Initially, the website will be a standard business website, but it must be built in a way that allows future expansion into an auction platform.
This project is Phase 1 only (business website), but there is strong potential for long-term work if the collaboration goes well.

Scope of Work (Phase 1 – Now)
• Build a modern, professional business website
• Fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Clean, user-friendly design
• CMS for easy content updates (WordPress or similar)
• SEO-friendly structure
• Basic performance and security best practices
• Contact forms and standard business pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.)

Future Scope (Phase 2 – Later)
The website should be architected to support:
• User accounts and logins
• Auction / bidding functionality
• Payment gateway integration
• Notifications and timers
• Scalable and secure backend
You do not need to build the auction system now, but you must understand how to design the site so it can support this later, including an App for mobile phone users.
