**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly proficient Google Ads Campaign Specialist to oversee and enhance our pay-per-click (PPC) advertising initiatives. This position is primarily focused on lead generation campaigns within the home health care sector, necessitating extensive experience in performance-driven and conversion-focused advertising methodologies.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable history of constructing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns that yield high-quality leads while maintaining cost-per-acquisition targets that are efficient. The selected individual will collaborate closely with our internal marketing team to formulate strategies, conduct keyword research, manage budgets, implement A/B testing, and continuously analyze performance data to maximize return on investment (ROI).
**Important Note:**
We are specifically seeking a dedicated freelancer to join our team for the long term, rather than another marketing agency or white-label provider. We highly value direct collaboration, accountability, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into our workflows as an extension of our internal team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Launch and manage Google Ads lead generation campaigns.
- Develop and optimize campaigns specifically within the home health care sector.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Manage budgets to enhance return on advertising spend (ROAS) and reduce cost per lead.
- Implement conversion tracking and generate performance reports.
- Integrate and optimize campaigns utilizing CallRail and GoHighLevel.
- Analyze data and scale successful strategies.
**Required Experience:**
- Proven success in managing Google Ads lead generation campaigns.
- Experience within the home health care industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CallRail and GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in conversion optimization.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with a team.
