We are looking for a WordPress specialist who understands how home-service customers behave online and can translate that into fast, clear, conversion-driven websites.
This is a project-based opportunity with the possibility of ongoing optimization and maintenance work.
What Success Looks Like
A successful project will result in:
Faster website load times
Clear service messaging by location
Strong call-to-action placement (calls, forms, bookings)
Improved conversion of visitors into service requests
Design matters—but lead flow matters more.
Scope of Work
Rebuild or optimize existing HVAC websites on WordPress
Structure service pages for specific HVAC offerings
Implement mobile-friendly, call-first layouts
Configure contact and booking flows
Set up performance, security, and analytics
Prepare sites for local SEO and future advertising
Required Experience
Hands-on experience building WordPress websites end-to-end
Ability to design with conversion intent, not templates
Experience working with service-based businesses
Understanding of performance optimization and usability
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous HVAC, plumbing, or home-service projects
Familiarity with local search optimization
Experience with call tracking or CRM integrations
Knowledge of landing pages for paid traffic
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
