We are looking for a high-level Senior Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist who understands paid media, funnel architecture, CRM automation, tracking infrastructure, and lead qualification systems.
This is NOT just an ads manager role.
We need someone who can build complete sales ecosystems from 0 → 100.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- You will plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
- META Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- TikTok Ads
You must understand:
- Campaign structure
- Audience segmentation
- Retargeting strategy
- Lookalike strategy
- Creative testing frameworks
- Scaling strategies
- Budget allocation logic
- Cost-per-lead optimization
- Lead quality optimization (not just volume)
Full Funnel Architecture (0 → 100)
You must be able to:
- Design complete funnel flows
- Build lead magnets if required
- Structure TOFU / MOFU / BOFU campaigns
- Create retargeting sequences
- Build landing page logic (brief designers/developers)
- Structure multi-step funnels
- We expect you to think strategically, not just run ads.
Tracking & Technical Setup
You MUST know how to:
- Set up Meta Pixel
- Set up Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Configure GA4 properly
- Implement Conversion Tracking
- Set up Conversion API (CAPI)
- Configure Enhanced Conversions
- Handle event deduplication
- Test tracking accuracy
- Connect TikTok Pixel
- You must understand attribution windows and data interpretation.
CRM & Automation Integration
(This is critical)
You should be able to:
- Connect CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Salesforce or similar)
- Build lead pipelines
- Set up automated reminders
- Set up auto SMS / WhatsApp follow-ups
- Set up auto email sequences
- Build lead scoring systems
- Qualify leads automatically
- Filter spam leads
- Create internal notifications
- We want full automation and systemization.
Lead Qualification & Optimization
We don't want cheap leads.
We want high-qualified leads.
You must:
- Improve lead quality metrics
- Optimize campaigns based on sales feedback
- Adjust targeting based on closing ratios
- Analyze funnel drop-offs
- Improve CPL while increasing quality
- Work closely with sales teams
Reporting & Data Analysis
You must provide:
- Weekly performance reports
- Funnel breakdown reports
- Cost per acquisition tracking
- ROAS tracking
- Attribution analysis
- Clear optimization recommendations
- Data-driven decision making is mandatory.
Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced META Ads Manager knowledge
- Advanced Google Ads knowledge
- TikTok Ads Manager experience
- GTM (Google Tag Manager)
- GA4
- CRM integration experience
- Automation workflows
- Zapier / Make (preferred)
- Landing page logic understanding
- Funnel optimization expertise
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with real estate or medical clinics (strong plus)
- Experience with high-ticket lead generation
- Agency background preferred
- Strong strategic mindset
- Strong communication skills

- Can work independently

Project Type:
Ongoing / Long-Term Collaboration
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
