Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead GEMBA walks and identify process improvements to enhance operational excellence.
• Motivate and manage operators to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Keep accurate records of production data, training logs, and machine maintenance.
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively with upper management.
• Deliver training on machine operation, safety, and production processes.
• Assess and coach team members to improve their skills.
• Operate and oversee production machines, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
• Perform periodic adjustments and calibration of equipment.
• Learn and contribute to Quality Assurance responsibilities.
• Adhere to the Zero Harm Protocol and report safety concerns.
• Participate in CBSQ and 5S initiatives.
• Complete other assigned duties and projects as directed by the Production Supervisor.

Education and Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Trainer, QC Backup, and completed at least six months as a Machine Tender.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and Skills

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
