Maintenance Technician

We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ottawa, ON. This is an exciting and challenging position in a growth-oriented organization. If you are a team player with proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment this may be the opportunity for you.

What you will do:

•    Fit and install trim items, such as doors,  molding and hardware;

•    Maintain, repair kitchen cabinetry;

•    General maintenance and/or painting and minor patching;

•    Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.;

•    Trouble shooting heat pump issues;

•    On call rotation required;

•    All other duties as required.

Who you are:

• years' experience in a similar role;

•    Ability to work as a team, and under minimal supervision;

•    Effective, proven skills and experience;

•    Renovations experience an asset;

•    Plumbing experience, general trades experience;

•    A valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle; 

•    General knowledge of electrical an asset.
