ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Reporting to the VP of Product Management (DCS), the Product Manager drives the strategic development and lifecycle management of Environics Analytics' (EA) data collaboration and AdTech solutions. This role leads the end-to-end product development process within an Agile framework, from concept to launch, with a focus on data collaboration and clean room integration. The Product Manager serves as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, translating market needs into actionable product features while ensuring alignment with EA's strategic objectives and market positioning.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
To effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position, the employee must be able to do the following:
Product Leadership
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development through market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input
• Develop deep subject matter expertise in AdTech, Partner Solutions, and LiveRamp technologies to inform product decisions
• Identify market opportunities and translate them into revenue-generating products and features
• Contribute to the "productization" process for data collaboration solutions, ensuring scalability and market fit
Product Development & Management
• Own the product backlog, including the creation, refinement, and prioritization of epics, features, and user stories
• Guide product development through active participation in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives)
• Deeply collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility while maintaining product vision and business objectives
• Establish and track key product metrics to measure success and inform decision-making
• Manage the bug triage process, balancing technical debt with new feature development
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Partner with sales teams to develop compelling use cases, product demos, and sales enablement materials
• Conduct regular user research and stakeholder interviews to validate product decisions and gather feedback
• Create comprehensive product documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
• Work cross-functionally with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and validate product direction
Technical Leadership & Innovation
• Collaborate with technical teams to define product architecture and technical requirements
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and integrations that could enhance product capabilities
• Ensure product quality through involvement in testing strategies and acceptance criteria definition
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and AdTech
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Education- Degree in Business, Geography and/or Marketing
- Experience– 3-5 years of experience in:
- Designing and marketing purpose-built business solutions for target marketing, audience creation and other ad-tech solutions
- Significant experience in the concepts, practices and procedures of software development, marketing and ad-tech.
- Analytical Skills– Effectively research and synthesize complex or diverse information; uses intuition and experience to complement data.
- Judgment- Displays willingness to make timely decisions, including appropriate people in the decision-making process and exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions.
