About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Relationship Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. As the Chief Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. Your ultimate goal will be to increase client retention and revenue through effective relationship management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in the Construction industry
  • Experience managing a team of relationship managers

Responsibilities:
