WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Warehouse Associate I at Mustang Survival, you will play an important role in supporting our daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer and production orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Working closely with team members and supervisors, you will help ensure inventory accuracy, follow established processes, and contribute to meeting operational targets. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WE OFFER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately pulling and packing orders
Relabelling of product to meet vendor requirement
Stock Raw Material and Finished Goods locations
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks
Optimize Space allocation in the racks
Conducts Raw Material and Finished Goods cycle counts
Monitor and Assign pick locations
Observe all safety regulations and procedures of the facility
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
One (1) to two (2) years' experience working in a warehouse setting
Reach Truck certification and experience
Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds
Walk, bend, and climb Ladder
Stand for long periods of time
Wear appropriate safety equipment
High level of motivation and efficiency
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as a team member
Ability to recognize special instructions for Customer orders
Ability to adapt and work well in a continuously changing environment
Detail oriented with strong commitment to maintaining the highest quality workmanship
