Location: Niagara Falls, ON (On-site)
Compensation: $19.43/hr

Please note that Niagara Parks operates seasonally; therefore, this position is expected to begin between April and July, depending on operational needs.

    • What You'll Do

  • Assist Servers in carrying clean stock into dining room/eating areas and stock all side stations
  • Assist Servers in clearing, cleaning, and setting all dining room/eating areas according to established policies and procedures.
  • Assist Servers in carrying dirty trays from the dining room/eating area into the kitchen and distribute into the correct locations.
  • Assist Servers delivering food to tables as needed.
  • Assisting the Servers in removing soiled linen and place in laundry bags for pick up (where applicable).
  • Assists Managers in function set up as required. 
  • Works in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act, First Aid, AGCO Regulations, Recycling Program and established Policies and Procedures.
  • Provides guests with information regarding NPC Attractions and Events.
  • Promotes a positive image of the Niagara Parks Commission.
  • Provides quality customer service that meets NPC Standards.

  • A Culinary Helper does not require any formal education. 
  • Must have the ability to follow verbal instructions, work independently, perform the physical duties of the job, and have a willingness to work shift work.
