Some of what you will do:
The Team Supervisor, Print Sales Support, leads a team of representatives responsible for managing retail print business referrals, ensuring timely and accurate quoting, and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders. This role provides strategic leadership to optimize team performance, streamline quoting workflows, and drive operational excellence. The Supervisor is a key liaison between store teams, sales leadership, and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
Specifically, You Will:
- Lead and coach a team of Print Sales Support Representatives to meet performance targets and service level agreements
- Analyze quoting trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with the Print Sales Teams and store leadership to ensure seamless referral routing and lead qualification
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as quoting volume, turnaround time, and conversion rates
- Resolve escalated issues and serve as the point of contact for complex quoting scenarios
Some of what you need:
- College or university degree in business, operations, or related discipline
- Certifications in leadership, project management, or sales operations are a plus
- 3–5 years in customer service, sales support, or print industry roles
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience in managing performance metrics and reporting
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and project leadership
