SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team. The Customer Service Operations Coordinator supports the delivery of operational work processes at SaskEnergy, including planning, coordination and scheduling. The Coordinator maintains corporate work information and systems, develops long term work and resource plans and makes recommendations based on current priorities, interpretation of data, programs and standard practice.
Position DetailsUnion – There are two permanent full time positions.
Work Scheduling and Resourcing
Run regularly scheduled planning meetings with stakeholders from Districts/Areas to discuss report findings, simulations and forecasts to identify issues with capacity, upcoming work, scheduling conflicts, progress, etc., and recommend solutions.
Organize and prioritize operational work activities in accordance with provincial standards.
Communicate and coordinate with the Districts/Areas to ensure plans align with resources and supplies, adjusting to the changing demands and priorities.
Complete analysis and adjust to changes in priorities of projects and programs and provide recommendations.
Coordinate with peer work groups to align schedules, resources, and objectives.
Plan and support work schedule changes and updates as needed to provide optimized schedules that adapt to the changing business requirements.
Workload Forecasting & Reporting
Forecast short and medium-term operational workload by analyzing historical data and planned commitments, ensuring resource capacity is optimized to meet organizational objectives.
Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to create forecasts and job plans, and to adjust operational plans based on recommendations derived from the forecast.
Perform reporting and analysis on operational performance subjects including field service, workload, maintenance, and asset management.
Work and Maintenance Management
Monitor the execution of planned and unplanned field activities and assist with data gathering, failure analysis and reporting.
Recommend adjustments to planned operational work based on quantitative data analysis.
Bachelor's Degree
Four (4) years of office/business experience, with at least two (2) years working in project management, project support, planning, or coordinating of work/resources.
Pre-Qualifying Assessment.
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required on occasion.
