About The Role

Bosa Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team of skilled property management professionals. Reporting to the Operations Manager this individual will have a unique opportunity to work alongside the building management to provide a safe, customer focused experience to our residents. This position plays a key part in the experience by providing exceptional customer service to tenants while completing in-suite and common area maintenance duties.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the building team to perform various repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, appliance repairs and general duties related to maintenance;
• Conduct inspections of mechanical rooms, identify issues, and coordinate trade support;
• Assist in coordinating month-end turnovers of rental suites, ensuring units are move-in ready for new residents;
• Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks;
• Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies promptly and effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and building.
